What Are We About?
At Evergreen, we believe that God has given men a unique and crucial role in His kingdom and in the local church. The Evergreen Men's ministry aims to train men to lead their families through intentional discipleship rooted in Biblical truth. The cornerstone of the Evergreen men's ministry is prayer breakfast. It is the only ministry that actually pre-dates Evergreen itself. Every week our men gather for prayer and fellowship at Seigi's Sausage Factory. If you are looking for a place to start getting to know the people of Evergreen, prayer breakfast is a great place to start. Join us for prayer every Wednesday morning!

At Evergreen we believe that the journey to manhood starts with a close relationship with our Father in heaven. Praying dads is a ministry that seeks to build a healthy prayer life in our sons. Led by Evergreen dads, this ministry models for our younger boys what they will do as adults at men's prayer breakfast.
Acts 6 Ministries
Times: The second Saturday of each Month · 9AM-Noon
Evergreen's Acts 6 ministry works to organize our Evergreen family to meet the practical needs of our church members who need respite in challenging situations. While many ministries focus on needs outside of the church, the primary purpose of Acts 6 is to meet the needs of Evergreen covenant members. Ministry focuses in some of the following areas: trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, automotive), mowing and gardening, cleaning homes, housekeeping, meals and more.

DOSA is an Evergreen ministry partner that is dedicated to the health and well-being of dads that have children with special needs.

Manventure
Manventure, because Real Men Don't Retreat! Each spring, the Men of Evergreen (7th grade & up) take a weekend to intentionally get away and focus on growing in biblical leadership, family, community, service, & identity. Taught by Evergreen men for Evergreen men, this weekend is intended to equip the men with practical tools to take home and be able to use immediately to lead their homes and communities closer to Jesus.

Mini Manventure
Mini Manventure is precisely what it sounds like. We already offer excellent teaching and spiritual training for our men seventh grade and up through Manventure each April. However, we believe becoming a godly man starts much earlier. Each October, we provide an opportunity for our 1st through 6th-grade boys to experience that same growth alongside their dad. This is more than a campout. It is intentional training for our boys, their dads, and granddads as they prepare for and enter into adulthood.
