EvergreenWomen

They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles' teaching, to the breaking of break, and to prayer. Acts 2:41-42
The purpose of EvergreenWomen is to introduce women to Christ, encourage them in their walk with Him, and provide opportunities to minister to the world.  Women need women, and EvergreenWomen exists to help women connect with each other through various activities and events, Bible study, prayer groups, and one on one discipleship relationships.
Text remind will keep you up to date on registration deadlines, and event dates.  You won't be bombarded with texts, just the information you need!

EvergreenWomen Christmas Banquet

Our annual Christmas Banquet is the most magical time! We invite hostesses to decorate their own tables for the ladies to enjoy. The men of Evergreen volunteer to serve the ladies for the evening from coffee punch through dessert! We have door prizes, a time of worship, and a special speaker. We'll then wrap up the night with a candlelight chorus of Silent Night!

EW Dwell Bible study

One way that EvergreenWomen encourages women in their walk with Christ is through Bible study. EvergreenWomen Dwell Bible study runs in two semesters, typically from August or early September to early December, and again from January to April. We usually offer two study groups that meet at the church, a morning and evening session. Either of these groups may be joined at any time. There are also smaller in-home sessions for those looking to learn how to dive deeper into scripture using different study tools. Watch the bulletin and the slides for information about upcoming studies.

Praying Women

Praying Women is a ministry for women to meet and pray with a small group (4) on a
regular basis specifically for a common focus point (Family/Relationships, Marriage,
Evergreen, Community, City/Country, Life/Ministry, Faith/My Walk.) Registration for
groups happens twice per year. Watch the bulletin for dates and click below to learn more if you're interested.

Four for Fellowship

4 For Fellowship is an opportunity for women to meet other women with whom they may not ordinarily cross paths. This is offered anywhere from 2 to 4 times annually. After women sign up, they are prayerfully matched with 3 other women. During the following two-month period, they meet for a meal or coffee at least once. This allows for more time to get to know each other in a more intimate setting. Although the commitment is only for one meeting, many groups decide to meet again because they have enjoyed their time together. If you are interested in 4 For Fellowship, watch the bulletin for sign-ups dates or hit the button below for more information!

Food for the Soul

For another fellowship opportunity, we offer Food for the Soul. Each month begins with a volunteer hostess who is in charge of hosting a meal (brunch, lunch, dinner, etc.) either at a restaurant or in her home. Attendees pay for their own meals in restaurants and may be asked to help provide food in homes. The hostess may choose a theme for discussion or it may just be a time of fellowship and getting to know the women of Evergreen. If you are interested in hosting one month’s meal time or would like more information click the button below.

EvergreenWomen Girls' Night Out

Just as the name implies, this is a night for women to get together and have fun. On these nights, we typically meet in the youth recreation area for board games, or maybe a craft, a movie, or any combination of the three! Everyone is encouraged to bring a snack to share. These nights are for fun, but also provide an opportunity to bring women who might not have a church home, or who do not yet know the Lord. You may also meet your future mentor or mentee at a Girls Night Out. Watch the bulletin for dates.
