Is Medically-Assisted Suicide Biblical?

Almost two weeks ago British lawmakers advanced a bill toward full engagement in Biritish society that legalizes euthanasia, or what is often referred to as medically-assisted suicide. The culture of death continues to make advances across the globe, particularly in western industrialized societies. How do we think about this biblically?
