General Reminders

Flexibility: Especially during the music, worship leaders may be spontaneous. We need to do our best to listen to the music to try to anticipate where the worship leader is going.
Know the music: The better you know the music and how Evergreen does the song, the better you will be able to anticipate what is coming up next.

Every time

Make sure you are on the correct playlist

Make sure that everything in Planning Center is in the playlist

Check for anything that may be missing or out of place

Double check the key of each song with Planning Center

Wednesday Rehearsal

Adjust the song arrangements when necessary. We want the arrangements to match as precisely as possible the expected flow of each song.

Fix any typos

Test videos with audio technician

Make any other corrections requested by Worship Leader

Verify playlist still matches Planning Center

During Rehearsal

Make any necessary last-minute corrections

Pre-Service (10 minutes before service)

Video Director will go through the service via intercom

Team will pray together

During Service

Show Time!

After 2nd Service

Let the announcement loop play. The Producer will shut things down.
