Final Actions of a Desperate President

As we enter a season with a lame-duck President, we find that President Biden is not just running out the clock. He is, in fact, desperately trying to accomplish things that he couldn’t get done otherwise while he still has democratic support and the opportunity with the stroke of a pen to do what he thinks is ok, whatever that happens to be. How do we think biblically about his abuse of office?
